Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 3000m (12:28.81), Mile (6:12.65), and 5000m (22:25.00) … set outdoor personal best times in the 5000m (21:31.84), 1500m (5:49.93), and 10000m (46:36.45).
2023-24 Season - First Year
Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor season best time in the 3000m (12:57.63) at the Bucknell Tune Up Meet … set outdoor personal best times in the 5000m (21:58.61) at the York Twilight Meet as well as in the 1500m (5:52.56) at the 19th Annual Paul Kaiser Classic hosted by Shippensburg University.
