Participated in seven competitions for the Falcons … set indoor season best times in the 3000m (12:24.14) and 5000m (23:12.06) … also set outdoor season best times in the 5000m (24:02.03) and 1500m (5:53.63).
2023-24 Season - First Year
Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (20:42.06) and 3000m (11:55.26) … set an outdoor personal best time in the 1500m (5:34.87) at the Jim Taylor Invite hosted by Susquehanna University … also set an outdoor season-best time in the 5000m (21:30.20) at the 2024 Messiah Invitational.
