Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (20:42.06) and 3000m (11:55.26) … set an outdoor personal best time in the 1500m (5:34.87) at the Jim Taylor Invite hosted by Susquehanna University … also set an outdoor season-best time in the 5000m (21:30.20) at the 2024 Messiah Invitational.
