Participated in seven competitions for the Falcons while managing injury … set an indoor personal best time in the 5000m (18:26.08) on December 8th at the Diplomat Open at Franklin & Marshall College … also set an indoor season-best time of 5:26.52 in the Mile … earned a placement of 5th on the All-Time Indoor Top Ten list in the 5000m… earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships as a part of the Falcons’ distance medley relay … ran the anchor 1600m leg in a season-best time of 5:19 to contribute to a 3rd place finish with a time of 12:43.79 … also placed 4th as a part of the Falcons’ 4x800m relay team at Indoor MACs … ran the 3rd leg in a time of 2:26.13 to contribute to a team time of 9:53.35 … set an outdoor personal best in the 1500m (4:47.08) as well as a season-best time in the 800m (2:24.42) … finished in 4th place as a part of the Falcons’ 4x800m relay at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships … ran the anchor leg in a season-best time of 2:20.71 to contribute to a team finish in a time of 9:38.88, the 6th fastest in program history … also earned three team points for the Falcons by finishing in 6th place in the 1500m at Outdoor MACs with a personal best time of 4:47.08.

2022-23 Season - Junior
Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (19:25.29), 3000m (10:44.82) and the Mile (5:17.04) … earned two placements on the All-Time Messiah Indoor Top Ten List with 9th in the 3000m and Mile … finished in 7th place in the Mile at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships with a time of 5:17.04 … ran the 1600m leg for the Falcons’ distance medley relay at Indoor MACs, contributing to a 5th place finish with a team time of 13:05.23 … also competed in the 3000m, finishing in 12th place with a time of 11:01.41 … set outdoor personal best times in the 5000m (18:25.95), 1500m (4:48.40) and 800m (2:18.35) … earned a placement on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List in 9th in the 800m … earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, running the 2nd leg of the Falcons’ 4x800m relay in a time of 2:17.34 … contributed to a school record 4x800m relay time of 9:25.24 to place 3rd … placed 5th in the 800m at Outdoor MACs with a time of 2:20.13 in the finals after running 2:18.35 the previous day for the 2nd fastest time of the preliminary round … also scored points in the 1500m, finishing in 7th place with a personal best time of 4:48.40 … additionally competed in the 5000m, finishing in 19th place with a time of 19:52.24.
