Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best time in the 3000m (13:07.65) at the Diplomat Open at Franklin & Marshall College … set an outdoor personal best time in the 1500m (5:57.09) at the York College Twilight Meet.
2022-23 Season - First Year
Participated in 9 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (23:21.57) and 3000m (13:49.06) … set an outdoor personal best in the 1500m (6:02.43) at the Paul Kaiser Classic at Shippensburg University as well as a season-best time in the 5000m (22:59.60).
