2019-20 Season – Senior
Competed in three meets for the Falcons… helped Messiah to place first in the 4X800m relay (9:41.48) at the 2020 MAC Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship… placed second in the distance medley relay (12:28.00) at the 2020 MAC Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship… outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19.
2018 Season – Junior
Set personal bests in the 800m (2:21.81) and the mile (5:08.70) to finish in the third and fourth, respectively, at the 2019 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Was a part of the program record distance medley relay squad (11:53.61) that qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships and finished in 11th place at the national championship...Took sixth place in the 1,500m with a personal best time of 4:45.87 at the 2019 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2017-18 Season - Sophomore
Was a part of the 4x800m relay team that took second place with a time of 9:29.42 at the 2018 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2016-17 Season - Freshman
Helped the Falcons take first and second, respectively, in the distance medley relay (12:28.73) and the 4x800m relay (9:51.22) at the 2017 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Took third at the 2017 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 1,500m with a time of 4:48.78.
