2023-24 Season - Senior
Participated in 13 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best marks in the 5000m (19:58.00), 60m hurdles (10.48), high jump (1.40m), shot put (8.99m), long jump (4.62m), 800m (2:29.04), and overall pentathlon (2633) … earned a placement of 7th on the All-Time Indoor Top Ten list in the pentathlon … earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the 4x400m relay, splitting a time of 64.58 on the third leg for the Falcons … also finished in 4th place in the pentathlon with a personal best score of 2633 at Indoor MACs … set outdoor personal best marks in the 400m hurdles (1:11.63), 100m hurdles (16.86), 200m (28.63), long jump (4.93m), javelin throw (24.81m), 800m (2:26.00), and overall heptathlon (3667 points) … also set outdoor season-best marks in the high jump (1.34m) and shot put (9.28m) … earned a placement of 7th in the heptathlon on the All-Time Outdoor Top Ten list … earned a bronze medal in the heptathlon at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a score of 3667 points … finished in 9th place as a part of the Falcons’ 4x400m relay team at Outdoor MACs, running the second leg for the Falcons in a time of 63.8 … also finished in 12th place in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:12.64 and in 27th place in the long jump with a distance of 4.40m at Outdoor MACs.

2022-23 Season - Junior
Participated in 16 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best of 2522 points in the Pentathlon at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships to finish in 4th place overall … set indoor personal bests in the shot put (8.87m), long jump (4.57m), and high jump (1.37m) during the competition … also set a personal best mark in the 800m (2:32.88) and season-best mark in the 60mH (11.00) during the indoor season … set an outdoor personal best of 3381 points in the Heptathlon at the Messiah Multi … set personal bests in the 200m (29.89), 100mH (18.26), javelin throw (24.04m), and long jump (4.74m) during the competition … also set personal bests in the 800m (2:32.06), 400mH (1:12.46), shot put (9.37m), and high jump (1.40m) throughout the outdoor season … battled through injury to finish in 7th place in the heptathlon at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a score of 3132 points … also competed in the 400mH at Outdoor MACs, finishing in 19th place in the preliminary round with a time of 1:15.33.

2021 Season – Freshman
Competed in seven meets for the Falcons … named to the MAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team … competed in the heptathlon at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, scoring a season-high 2864 points.
