2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … ran an indoor personal best time in the 3000m (11:49.28) as well as a season-best time in the 5000m (20:27.52) … competed in the 5000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, finishing in 30th place with a time of 20:51.65 … earned an outdoor college-best time in the 1500m (5:44.78) as well as outdoor season-best times in the 5000m (20:48.98) and 3000m steeplechase (13:41.95) … competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 15th with a time of 14:07.35.
2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in five meets for the Falcons … earned a new personal-best time in the 3000m steeplechase (13:10.64) at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … earned a new personal-best time in the 5000m (20:53.84) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational.
2019-20 Season - Freshman
Competed in four meets for the Falcons ... placed seventh in 5000 (22:15.21) at the Golden Wolves Rust Buster ... outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
