2021 Season – Senior
Competed in five meets for the Falcons … earned new personal-best times in the 5000m (18:29.99) at the York Twilight Meet (Apr. 1) and the 10000m (38:23.09) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr. 9) … competed in the 10000m at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … ran the eighth-fastest 10000m in program history at the Messiah Multi/Invitational.
2019-20 Season - Junior
Competed in six meets for the Falcons ... placed first in the 5000 (18:59.62) at the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi ... placed second in the 5000 (19:05.62) at the Golden Wolves Rust Buster ... outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19.
2018 Season – Sophomore
Placed fifth and sixth, respectively, in the 3,000m (10:40.94) and the 5,000m (18:43.04) at the 2019 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Placed third and fourth, respectively, in the 5,000m (18:08.98) and 10,000m (39:20.58) at the 2019 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2017 Season - Freshman
Took eighth in the 5,000m (19:18.18) at the 2018 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Took fifth in the 5,000m (18:21.65) at the 2018 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
