2023-24 Season - Grad Student
Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (19:05.97), 3000m (10:56.07), and Mile (5:42.49) … earned three team points for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the 5000m, finishing in 6th place with a time of 19:05.97 … also finished in 9th place in the 3000m at Indoor MACs with a time of 11:01.60 … set an outdoor personal best time in the 3000m steeplechase (11:47.89) as well as a season-best time in the 5000m (18:27.50) … earned a placement of 9th on the All-Time Outdoor Top Ten list in the 3000m steeplechase … finished in 5th place in the 3000m steeplechase at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a personal best time of 11:47.89 … also participated in the 5000m, finishing in 12th place with a time of 18:27.50.

2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 5 competitions for the Falcons before graduating a semester early … set indoor season-best times in the 5000m (19:56.95), 3000m (11:23.16), and Mile (5:50.94) … earned a top finish at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the 5000m, finishing in 22nd place with a time of 20:08.61 … also competed in the 3000m, finishing in 25th place with a time of 11:24.21 … raced unattached in the 3000m steeplechase at the Messiah Invitational, finishing in 5th place with a personal best time of 13:06.78.

2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in six meets for the Falcons … Second Team All-MAC 5000m (18:15.49) … earned new personal-best times in the 5000m (17:58.02) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr. 9), the 1500m (5:03.99) at Lebanon Valley College (Apr. 17), and the 3000m (10:25.70) at the DeSales University Invitational (Apr. 24) … ran the fifth-fasted 5000m in program history at the Messiah Multi/Invitational.

2019-20 Season - Freshman
Competed in five meets for the Falcons ... qualified for the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship in the 3000 and 5000 ... placed third in the 3000 (11:08.95) at the SU Invitational ... outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19.
