After taking a year away from the program upon graduation, Greg Kabakjian returned to Messiah wrestling as as assistant coach for the 2017-18 season and is now starting his fourth year with the team in the 2020-21 season.
The Harleysville, PA native wrestled for Messiah for four years and accumulated a career record of 39-69. Kabakjian improved considerably over the course of his career, as his senior season was his best with 17 wins, seven pins, and a first-place finish at the MAC Championships in the 149-lb. weight class.
