Messiah University

The 2024-25 season marks Ben Kramer's eighth year as assistant coach with the Falcons. Kramer graduated from Messiah in 2014 after collecting a four-year record of 90-46.

In 2013 Kramer finished eighth overall in NCAA Division III at 174 lbs. and went 30-15 overall. That season he also finished second in the Mideast Region.

During his senior year Kramer went 31-9 and finished fifth overall in the Region.
