2014 Season - SeniorThompson played in 21 games for Messiah and started in 20. He finished second on the team in points with 33. Jack recorded 10 goals while also picking up 13 assists and 51 shots. He finished the season with four game winning goals and was named
First Team All-Commonwealth,
All Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as a
D3Soccer.com All-American.
2013 Season - JuniorThompson played and started in 23 of 26 games. He scored five goals and was fourth in Division III in assists with 17.
He was named
First Team All-Conference,
Second Team All-Region, as well as Outstanding Offensive Player for the NCAA Tournament.
2012 Season - SophomoreJack started in all 24 of 25 games this season. He led the team with 12 assists, was second with 85 shots and converted 10 of those shots into goals. Thompson was named
First Team All-Region by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and also earned
First Team All-Conference recognition. At the 2012 National Championship, Jack was named to the
All-Tournament Team.
2011 Season- FreshmanJack played in 20 games, while starting in 19. He scored ten goals, while assisting on eight others for a total of 28 points. Jack was named to Third Team All-Regional, First Team All-Commonwealth, and Commonwealth Rookie of the Year.
PersonalJackson Matthew Thompson is from Hudson, Ohio. He is majoring in Christian Ministries. In high school he was an All-American and named player of the year. His favorite tv show is

the Cheesecake Factory. In his spare time, Jack likes to play guitar and ping pong. After graduating from Messiah, Jack would like to be involved in a full time ministry.
