Casey Daggett and
Lizzy Keeney each scored in the final minutes of Tuesday's game with McDaniel College to lead the Falcons to a 14-12 win over the Green Terror. Keeney and Carly Bagus each scored four goals for Messiah and Bajus added four assists.
Messiah led12-9 with 6:23 left to play but saw McDaniel score three-straight goals to tie the game as 12-12 with under five minutes remaining. Daggett scored the eventual game-winning goal with 3:26 on the clock and Keeney added another for good meaure a minute later.
Bajus' eight points was a career-high and she impressively put in her four goals on just five shots. Keeney was even more accurate with four goals on four shots.
Sarah Dolan made six saves in the cage for Messiah
The Falcons moved to 2-4 with the victory.
