ResultsReading, PA - The Falcons season came to an unfortunate end this afternoon, as they fell to the Alvernia Crusaders, 5-1, in the Commonwealth Conference Semifinal.

Sydney Schandel were defeated for the first time all season in doubles, by an 8-6 score. The Falcons were swept in doubles, as they battled, but ultimately lost each match 8-6.
The Falcons lone victory came from No. 1 singles
Ashli Livermore, who defeated her Crusader counterpart by a 6-3, 6-3 score. The win was bitter sweet for Livermore, as it was her 10th of season, marking a team high for the Falcons, but came in a losing effort.
Sydney Schandel (6-3, 6-1) and
Emily Doron (6-1, 6-1) both fought until the end, but their efforts proved not enough as Alvernia would advance to the Commonwealth Championship.
