Glenside, PA - The Messiah men's tennis team fought a tight match against the Arcadia Knights on Saturday afternoon. After a delayed start due to the weather, the Falcons won two of three doubles matches and outlasted the Knights to win 5-4.
Starting in doubles play, the duos of

Connor Graybeal and
Devin Esch/
Austin Warren won tight matches by scores of 8-6 and 9-8 (5-0), respectively.
Dustin Innerst and
Blake Ross fought hard but lost 5-8 in the number three doubles match.
Singles play is where the Falcons took the advantage, as they won three of the five matches.
Connor Graybeal (6-4, 7-5) and
Devin Esch (6-4, 6-4) each won by very tight scores, while
Austin Warren's late win made the difference for the Falcons. His 7-6 (9-7), 6-4 victory is what clinched the day's victory.
With the win, the Falcons improve their impressive win streak to seven matches. They will take that streak to Albright College on Tuesday when they face Lions at 2:00 p.m.
