Grantham, PA - Messiah College men's tennis punched a ticket to their third-straight MAC Commonwealth Championship with a 5-0 win over Lebanon Valley. The No. 1 -seeded Falcons swept all three doubles matches en route to the win.
Connor Graybeal and
Austin Warren each won two matches for the Falcons to push the team to victory. Graybeal, and partner
Tim Dunn, won the number one doubles match 8-1 and the number two singles match 6-2, 6-0. Warren and his partner
Devin Esch also won by a score of 8-1 in doubles, and Warren found the clinching victory in the number five singles spot, 6-1, 6-0.Â
The Falcons will now host the MAC Commonwealth championship match on Saturday in Grantham. They will face the winner of the #3 Arcadia vs. #2 Stevenson matchup, with a third-straight conference title and NCAA bid on the line.
