HERSHEY, Pa. – The Messiah College men's golf team competed in the final round of the MAC Commonwealth Championship on Sunday at the Hershey Country Club East. With lower temperatures and higher winds on day two, the Falcons were unable to climb the leaderboard. Messiah finished in sixth place after they carded a two-day team score of 695 (335, 360). Stevenson took home the MAC Commonwealth Title for the third-straight season with a score of 640 (317, 323). Â

Round Two - Sunday, Apr. 29
Ryan Kirk once again led the Falcons and collected an 87 on the final round. Kirk finished with a two-day score of 165 and finished t-13th overall.
Josh Hagwell was consistent and finished 22nd after carding an 87 in his second round, only one stroke higher from his previous round. Nic Mourelatos shot a 92 for the Falcons, while
Bryce Watkins scored a 94.
Daniel Wright finished Messiah's team scoring with a 96 on his final round.
Keith Noonan from Alvernia University won the MAC Commonwealth individual title after shooting a two-day score of 156 (76, 80).
Round One - Saturday, Apr. 28
Ryan Kirk led the Falcons in the first round and is t-fifth after shooting a 78 ( 7) on the opening day.
Daniel Wright shot an 85 and is t-19th while
Josh Hagwell and
Bryce Watkins both scored an 86.
Nik Mourelatos completed Messiah's team scoring with an 87 ( 16).
