Erin Cressman earned the fourth All-Conference honor of her career with a Second Team accolade this season. Cressman was a Second Team honoree during her freshman year before claiming First Team honors in each of the last two years. The Stow, Mass. native finished her senior season with a .355 batting average with four home runs, 19 RBI, 11 extra-base hits, and 22 walks. Cressman finished her career with a program record 35 home runs, a record she already held heading into her senior season. This season, Cressman anchored the middle of the Falcons' defense, playing short stop after moving around the infield throughout her career with stops at third and first base.
Earning her first All-Conference honor,
McKenzie Tebbs picked up Second Team All-MAC Commonwealth accolades after a strong season behind the dish for the Falcons. Messiah's starting catcher batted .324 with 36 hits, 14 extra-base hits, 21 RBI, and 13 walks. The junior launched a pair of home runs on the season, hitting a pair of three-run homers in a come-from-behind 11-8 victory against Mary Washington in game two of a doubleheader on the road back on Mar. 12. Tebbs started all 38 games for the Falcons, working a majority of the games as Messiah's backstop but also spending some time as the designated hitter.
Messiah finished the 2019 season with an overall record of 18-20 with a 7-9 mark in the conference, finishing just outside of the MAC Commonwealth Tournament.
