Schnur and Flack to Play in IWLCA DIII All-Star Game Saturday

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – This weekend, two members of the Messiah women's lacrosse team will head to Sparks, Md. for the IWLCA Division III women's lacrosse Senior All-Star Game. On Saturday, June 3, Hope Flack and Makenzie Schnur will represent the South Team at the USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md. at 12:15 p.m.
 
The Division III All-Star Game will be the second of three All-Star Games played in Sparks, Md. on Saturday. The Division II All-Star Game will kick off the day at 10:00 a.m. while the Division I game will cap off the afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Admission to all three games on Saturday is free of charge.
 
With their appearances on Saturday, Hope Flack and Makenzie Schnur will become the 23rd and 24th Messiah women's lacrosse players to be selected to the North-South Senior All-Star Game in program history.
 
This season, Schnur and Flack helped the Falcons to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament. Schnur finished the season with 61 points on 34 goals and 27 assists, ending the season second on the team in all three categories. Flack, while working her way back from an injury collected 26 goals and an assist this year. In her last 13 games, Flack scored 25 goals.
 
Fans should note that there is no live stream scheduled for the All-Star Games this weekend.
