ANNVILLE, Pa. – This week the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) is announced their Academic All-MAC teams for the Winter of 2022-23 and the Spring of 2023. The Academic All-MAC teams recognize the top student-athletes both in the classroom and in athletic competition during the past two seasons. As a department, the Falcons claimed 19 total honors with eight winter accolades and 11 spring laurels. The men's swimming, women's swimming, women's lacrosse, and men's volleyball programs led the Falcons with three honors a piece.
The MAC sports information directors nominate and vote on the Academic All-MAC teams, giving 50 percent weight on both academic and athletic success. A student-athlete must have a spring semester grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher to be eligible for the award.
