Women’s Basketball Earns a Major Award, Three Named to All-Conference Teams

ANNVILLE, Pa. -  On Tuesday morning, the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced their All-MAC Commonwealth all-conference awards and teams. The Messiah University women's basketball team earned a major award and three players were selected to the All-MAC Commonwealth teams. Reese Harden highlighted the Falcons, earning the Co-Player of the Year award. Both Morgan Adams and Harden earned a First Team selection while Chloe Milanesi joins them as an Honorable Mention selection.
 
Reese Harden - Co-Player of the Year/First Team
Reese Harden was a dominant force on the floor for the Falcons this season, starting all 24 games during the regular season for the Falcons. In her second straight All-MAC Commonwealth selection, she accounted for 375 points on the season, averaging 15.6 points per game. Harden led the Falcons with 76 assists on the season. Harden totaled five games scoring 20 or more points, including a 24-point burst against Eastern on her senior night on Feb. 17.
 
Morgan Adams - First Team
After a Second-Team All-Conference selection last year, Morgan Adams finished where she left off last season, playing a huge role for the Falcons in the paint this season earning a first team All-MAC Commonwealth honor. Adams led the Falcons in points and rebounds this season, averaging 17.3 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. Adams also recorded 37 blocks and accounted for 193 rebounds in 25 games. Adams highlights her senior year scoring 30 points against York College on Jan. 13 and 34 points on Jan. 8 against Penn State Harrisburg.
 
Chloe Milanesi - Honorable Mention
Chloe Milanesi receives her first-ever All-MAC Commonwealth accolade in her senior season with the Falcons. In 23 games, Milanesi averaged 9.3 points per game and 6.5 rebounds per game, while also knocking down 22 three-pointers. The senior was a powerhouse on the defensive end, with 49 steals on the season. Milanesi scored a season-high 20 points along with eight rebounds on Jan. 8 against Penn State- Harrisburg.
