YORK, Pa. –
Fallon Feaser tossed a no-hitter to highlight a doubleheader sweep of the York Spartans on Saturday afternoon. In addition to Feaser's Game Two gem,
Lydia Collison turned in a strong pitching performance in Game One. Both teams scored a run in the first inning of Game One to start the scoring. After two scoreless innings, the Falcons poured on six runs in the top of the fourth to jump out to a 7-1 lead. The Falcons added a run in the sixth and the seventh to defeat the Spartans 7-1.
Lydia Collison pitched a complete game allowing one earned run, on six hits, a walk, and struck out seven York batters.
Kandice Schlabach led the Falcons with three hits, three RBIs, and two runs.
Elianna Litwin also tallied a hit, two RBI's and a run.

In Game Two, it was
Fallon Feaser's turn to have a dominant outing in the circle for the Falcons. Feaser threw a no-hitter, allowing two walks and striking out nine York batters. The Falcons did not need a ton of offense with Feaser in the circle, the Falcons scored both of their runs in the top of sixth to give the Falcons a 2-0 win.
Kandice Schlabach and
Hannah Dyer led the Falcons offense with two hits each.

Game One – Messiah 9, York 1
 The Falcons offense started strong with
Hannah Dyer reaching on an error. On a sac bunt from
Alexa Burger, Dyer made it all the way to third to give the Falcons a threat with one out.
Kandice Schlabach then hit a sacrifice fly to put the Falcons up 1-0. The Spartans though answered with two hits to tie the game at one.

After both pitchers settled in for two scoreless innings, the Falcons looked to break the tie in the top of the fourth. After a leadoff strikeout,
McKenzie Shannon walked and then
Brielle Rosario singled to third and then both runners advanced a base after a throwing error. The error proved costly, because
Elianna Litwin then hit a two-RBI single up the middle to give the Falcons a 3-1 lead.
Paige Eakes then single to right center and the Falcons had runners on the corners with one out. Eakes then stole second, but the throw got away and Litwin scored from third.
Hannah Dyer then was hit by a pitch but was called out on leaving early.
Alexa Burger then walked to extend the inning and the
Kandice Schlabach hit an RBI single to left center to give the Falcons a 5-1 lead.
Rebekah Wiley then pinch hit and walked and then
Allie Book hit a pop up that was dropped by the York first basemen and two more Falcons scored to give the Falcons a 7-1 lead.

Lydia Collison continued to dominate in the circle, but the Falcons offense was not finished.
McKenzie Shannon hit an RBI single in the top of the sixth and
Kandice Schlabach hit an RBI single in the top of the seventh to give the Falcons a 9-1 win.

Game two was a traditional pitchers dual with both pitchers in the circle dealing five shutout innings to start the game.

In the top of the sixth, the Falcons looked to break the scoreless tie.
Paige Eakes led off the inning with a single to right field and then
Hannah Dyer singled on a bunt and Eakes moved to third on a throwing error to put runners on the corners with no outs. Dyer stole second and after a fly out,
Kandice Schlabach hit an RBI single to the pitcher to give the Falcons a 1-0 lead. Two batters later,
Allie Book hit a fielder's choice and the Falcons extended their lead to 2-0.

Fallon Feaser though was the story of this game. Feaser dealt with trouble in the bottom of the sixth, on two errors, but got three straight outs to preserve the Falcons lead and her no hitter going into the seventh. Feaser walked two batters in the bottom of the seventh but got a fly out to center field to end the game and earn the no hitter.
