Men’s Volleyball Earns One Major Award, Three Named to All-Conference Teams

ANNVILLE, Pa. – On Monday afternoon, the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced their Men's Volleyball All-Conference teams and major award winners for the 2024 season. For the Falcons, libero Seth Graybill was named the Rookie of the Year and was named to the Second Team. Middle Hitter Ryan Givens claimed First-Team honor, while Jacob Hamm was included as an Honorable Mention.
 
Seth Graybill had a stellar rookie season for the Falcons in 2024. Graybill finished the season third in the MAC with 189 digs. Graybill also finished second in the conference with an average 2.15 digs per set. Graybill had numerous matches with double-digit digs, with 12 digs in four different contests.
 
Ryan Givens took home first-team honors for the first time in his career after making the All-MAC Second Team in both 2022 and 2023. Givens had an extremely strong season for the Falcons, leading the team in kills with 261 and averaging 3.07 kills per set. He set his career-high in kills during a match back on Feb. 24 against Eastern Mennonite where he put together 20 kills. Givens also led the team in blocks with 70, with his season-high of seven blocks came on Jan. 26 against Juniata. Along with leading the team in kills and blocks, Givens also led in hitting percentage, ending the year with a .435 clip with 20 service aces. His .435 hitting percentage was atop the MAC on the season and givens also finished in the top-10 in kills, kills per set, and blocks.
 
Jacob Hamm was also named Honorable Mention All-MAC for the second year in a row. Hamm finished second on the team in kills and set his career-high in the season with 240 kills, averaging 2.76 kills per set. Hamm finished eighth in the MAC in kills and 11th in kills per set. Hamm set his single match career high in kills on Feb. 3 against Randolph-Macon with 18 kills. He also recorded double-digit kills in 12 matches this season.
