Katie Bukiewicz was named the IWLCA DIII Defensive Player or the Week.
Bukiewicz was named IWLCA Defensive Player of the Week in Division III after a standout performance in a 10-8 win over No. 24 Scranton. She contributed six draw controls, four ground balls, and caused three turnovers, playing a key role in the Falcons' defensive success and season-opening victory.
