YORK, PA. – On Saturday afternoon, the Messiah men's tennis team defeated the Spartans of York College of Pa 5-2. The Falcons were able to take advantage of winning two of the three doubles courts for an early 1-0 led. In singles action, Messiah took the commanding 3-0 lead through the first two courts. The Falcons capped it off with wins on courts five and six.

Elijah Noll picked up the nail biting 2-6, 7-6, 6-2 win on court four. Now leading 4-1 in the match, it was all but secured for the Falcons against a tough conference opponent.
Luke Risser capped off the day with a 7-5, 5-7, 10-5 tie breaking win.
