NEWTOWN, Pa. – On Monday afternoon, the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced their players of the week for the week of April 20. Pitches Daniel Knight and Maggie Chinnadurai both earned MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Week honors after dominate performances this past week.
 
Daniel Knight pitched an impressive 8 1/3 scoreless innings in the Falcons 11-0 win over Eastern. Knight was dominant, allowing only four hits and a walk on the afternoon, while striking out nine batters.
 
Maggie Chinnadurai had another impressive week in the circle for the Falcons. Chinnadurai picked up three wins, including a 140-pitch seven-inning game against Eastern. In game one against Susquehanna, the Falcons picked up a thrilling 7-6 win. Chinnadurai came into relief in the eighth inning, striking out one batter and closing the door on the River Hawks. In game two, Chinnadurai pitched a complete five-inning game as the Falcons won 9-1. Chinnadurai struck out seven batters while only giving up one run and two hits. In the game two 10-5 win against Eastern University, Chinnadurai was a key catalyst in the circle. She would strike out six batters in the complete game, throwing for over 140 pitches, doing what her team needed in a heavyweight matchup.
