LEBANON, PA. – On Thursday afternoon, the Messiah women's tennis team suffered a 6-1 loss to the Flying Dutchwoman on the road. Lebanon Valley College was able to take an early 1-0 lead by taking all three doubles courts. Despite
Kiara Bomboy picking up a court one win in singles play, the Dutchwoman took care of business on all other singles courts.

On court one,

Kylie Walker finished first dropping the court 6-2. Court three with
Isabella Ipri / Angela Forry followed them up also dropping their court 6-3. By the time the second court finished the Dutchwoman had already captured the 1-0 match lead.
Singles:
Jocelyn Valdez on court four came up short dropping her court with scores of 6-1, 6-1. On court three, Isabella Heckman suffered the 6-3, 6-2 loss giving the Dutchwoman the 3-0 match lead. Despite forcing a tie breaking set,
Isabella Ipri fell to her opponent 7-5, 6-1, being the deciding match for Lebanon Valley College.
Kiara Bomboy picked up the lone win on court one beating her opponent 6-4, 6-4, but that would be the only win of the day for the Falcons.
