NEWTOWN, Pa. –  On Monday afternoon, the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced the Players of the Week, for the week ending April 6. The Falcons earned four honors across three sports with Women's Lacrosse sweeping with
Hannah Gawne earning Offensive and
Emma Hagg earning Defensive honors.
Fallon Feaser was named the MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Week for Softball while
Alex Kagoro was named MAC Offensive Player of Week for Men's Volleyball.
Hannah Gawne was named the MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week after a successful week for the Falcons offense with two goals and an assist in the Falcons 11-7 win over Widener on Wednesday. She also added a draw control and ground ball. In the 16-2 win over Hood College on Saturday, Gawne scored four goals on five shots and added a draw control and ground ball.
Emma Hagg had a stellar week in the backfield as part of the Falcons 2-0 conference week and earned MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week honors. In Wednesday night's 11-7 win over Widener University, Hagg led all players with six draw controls and three caused turnovers and added two ground balls. In the 16-2 win over Hood College on Saturday, Hagg led all players in draw controls, caused turnovers and ground balls. She collected seven draw controls, three caused turnovers, and four ground balls in the win.
Fallon Feaser was named MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Week after a lights out week in the circle, leading the Falcons to a 4-0 week. In the 9-1 win over Arcadia University, Feaser pitched a complete game, giving up one run while striking out five batters. Against Hood College, Feaser again picked up a win by pitching a complete game, this time with a 12-0 shutout while striking out four batters, giving up just two hits.

Alex Kagoro rounds out the regular season with MAC Offensive Player of the Week honors after hitting .552 with 19 kills in a 3-0 sweep over Marymount on Saturday. Kagoro also contributed an assist, two service aces, and led Messiah with six digs.
