READING, Pa. - On Saturday afternoon, the Messiah women's tennis team suffered the 4-0 loss to the undefeated Albright College Lions in the MAC Commonwealth Championship. The Falcons battled in doubles play even taking the court three match 6-3, but the Lions grabbed courts one and two to grab the early 1-0 lead. In singles play, it would only take three courts for the Lions to capture the conference title for the second straight season defeating Messiah 4-0.

Singles:
The first three courts to finish were the deciding courts for the Lions to knock off the Falcons in this years conference bout.
Bella Heckman dropped court three 6-2, 6-4, giving the Lions the 2-0 match lead. On court four,
Jocelyn Valdez fell short in two sets losing 6-0, 6-2. Lastly on court five,
Katelyn Good lost two tough sets 6-3, 6-4 giving the Lions the 4-0 MAC Commonwealth conference title once more.
The Falcons finished the season with a 9-10 overall record. The Falcons finished second overall in the MAC Commonwealth for the second straight season.
