GRANTHAM, Pa. – On Thursday morning, the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced the 2025 NCAA Division III All-Region defensive teams. The Messiah University baseball team earned two selections on the Region V All-Defensive team with
Dustin Isanogle and
Isaiah Parido each earning a spot on the team.
Â
Dustin Isanogle caps his career off with his first All-Region defensive team selection after a great year behind the dish for the Falcons. Isanogle finished the season catching nine runners stealing on 34 stolen base attempts. Because of Isanogle's ability behind the plate, runners rarely stole on him, with less than a stolen base attempt per game throughout the 2025 season. Isanogle also commanded the pitching staff through tough lineups in the NCAA Regionals, Super Regionals, and College World Series.
Â
Isaiah Parido earned his first career All-Region defensive team honors after leading the Falcons outfield throughout the 2025 season. Parido finished the season with a perfect, 1.000 fielding percentage on 136 attempts. The junior center fielder used his speed to track down balls in the gap and no fly ball was out of reach.Â
