2024 Season Recap
The Messiah Women's Volleyball team finished with a 24-8 overall record, going a perfect 7-0 in MAC Commonwealth play. The Falcons then made it to the MAC Commonwealth final, defeating the Eastern University Eagles in five sets to win their first conference title in program history. The Falcons advanced to their third NCAA tournament in program history but fell to La Verne in the first round.

Roster Outlook
Nine players return from last year's championship team, along with seven incoming freshmen looking to make an instant impact. Leading the returning Falcons is the 2024 MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year,
Makenzie Adams, who finished second on the Falcons in kills last season. The Falcons return two other all-conference performers with Â
Katie Quesenberry and
Cassidy Dell returning. Quesenberry led the Falcons in blocks, and Dell, finished third in kills and second in digs for the Falcons. Seniors
Julia Bowen and
Hannah Thomas return to the Falcons, looking to build on strong junior seasons.
Erin Eby,
Leah Youtzy, and
Cynthia Boller are returners that will look to fill into new spots quickly, looking to build off the historic season in 2024.

2025 Schedule Preview
The Falcons open the 2025 season in the Battlefield Classic at Gettysburg College. Their first match is Friday Aug. 29th at 3:00 p.m. against Bridgewater College. Messiah's home opener is scheduled for Thursday Sept. 4 at 7:00 p.m. when the Blue Jays of Elizabethtown College visit Jordan Court in Hitchcock Arena.

Other notable matches include the Messiah Invitational on Sept. 19 and 20, where the Falcons will host three teams for the weekend . The Falcons open MAC Commonwealth play at home against York College on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 7:00 p.m. The Falcons will host a MAC Commonwealth championship game rematch against the Eagles of Eastern University on Wednesday Oct. 22 at 7:00 p.m. The Falcons also have a huge away match at the number one ranked and three-time defending NCAA D3 national champion Eagles of Juniata University on Oct 11.
