GRANTHAM, Pa. – The Messiah Men's Tennis team saw their season come to an end earlier this afternoon, falling in the MAC Commonwealth Championship to Albright College, 4-0. The Lions took two doubles the first two doubles courts to win the doubles point, following with wins on three singles court to win the MAC Commonwealth Championship
The Falcons finish the year with a 9-9 record, going 4-1 in conference play.
Doubles
Elijah Noll and
Timothy Sheaffer fell on court two to start doubles, 6-3.
Luke Risser and
Xane Whitesel then fell in a tight match on court three, 7-5, giving Albright the doubles point.
Singles
Luke Risser fell in two sets on court five to start singles (3-6, 0-6).
Timothy Sheaffer then fell in two sets on court four (3-6, 0-6). To end the day,
Elijah Noll fell in two sets on court three (3-6, 2-6).
