GRANTHAM, Pa. – On Thursday morning, the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced their 2026 MAC Commonwealth men's lacrosse major award winners and All-MAC Commonwealth teams. The Falcons earned one major award, and five players were named to the All-MAC Commonwealth teams.
Jourdain Algarin earned MAC Commonwealth Goalie of the Year and a first-team selection after a dominant year in the cage.
Along with Algarin,
Bobby Berg and
Owen Hammel also received first team honors.
Jesse Lynch earned a spot of the second team and
Noah Hauf was named an Honorable Mention.
Jourdain Algarin earned Goalie of the Year and First-Team honors after a dominant year in the cage for the Falcons. Algarin started all 16 games in the cage for the Falcons with a 9.94 goals-against average, a 58.8 save percentage, and 220 saves. Algarin set a new Falcons single season program record with the 220 saves. He also finished atop the MAC Commonwealth with 13.75 saves per game and second in the conference with a 58.8 save percentage.
Bobby Berg was named to the first team after another great year on the attack for the Falcons. Berg led the Falcons with 38 goals, 18 assists, and 71 shots on goal. Berg also finished top 10 in the MAC Commonwealth in goals per game and points per game.
Owen Hammel was also named to the First Team after leading the Falcons midfield this season. Hammel started all 11 games he appeared in with 24 goals and 10 assists. Hammel dominated man-up opportunities with a team-high six goals in man-up situations.
Jesse Lynch earned second-team honors after helping lead the Falcons midfield this season. Lynch finished with 10 goals and 10 assists after appearing in 15 games this season. Lynch also added a game-winning goal and two man-up goals.
Noah Hauf was named to the Honorable Mention team after a great first-year leading the Falcons defensive midfield. Hauf finished third on the team with 10 caused turnovers and 31 ground balls in 10 games. Hauf also added two goals and won 11 faceoffs.
