Pitched in team-high 17 games. . .posted a 2-1 record. . .registered a 3.43 ERA. . .threw 21 innings, striking out 15 batters. . .recorded one save. . .etched his name into the Messiah record books for most career relief appearances.

2010 Season – Sophomore
Pitched in 13 games as team’s left-handed specialist.. . .threw 15 innings, striking out ten batters.

2009 Season – Freshman
Pitched in 15 games (1st on team). . .Hurled 21.2 innings, walking just seven batters while recording 14 strikeouts. . .Picked up one win.

Attended Conestoga Valley High School in Lancaster, PA … played for Eric Frey ... two-year letter winner in baseball where he also was a two-year captain … helped advance team to the league playoffs and district playoffs in his junior year … third in school record books for single-game strikeouts and fifth in single-season strikeouts …

Zachery Tyler Adams is from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He is a Marketing major at Messiah. A little known fact about Zach is that he had open heart surgery at birth. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, snowboarding, and playing the guitar. His favorite food is caramel. At a restaurant he usually orders a steak. His favorite TV show is Baseball Tonight. The Sandlot is his favorite movie. Zach's favorite vacation spot is the mountains. The Baltimore Orioles are his favorite professional baseball team. If he could meet anyone in history he would like to meet Cal Ripken Jr.  After graduating he would like to find a job and get married.
