Biography
2015 Season - Senior
Bindel appeared in all 19 games and started in all of them for the Falcons. She netted 23 goals which was good for third on the team and dished out ten assists. Bindel also collected 30 ground balls and caused 15 turnovers.
2014 Season - Junior
Bindel started and appeared in 15 games for the Falcons. She scored 12 goals and had nine assists.
2013 Season - Sophomore
Started in each game for the Falcons and more than doubled her first-year output in goals and groundballs.
2012 Season - Freshman
In her first season at Messiah, Marybeth played in 17 games and started in five. She scored five goals on 20 shots, added four more assists to collect nine total points. Her shot on goal percentage was .650 and she picked up 11 groundballs on the year.
Personal
Marybeth Elise Bindel is from Glen Arm, MD and is majoring in Athletic Training. A little known about Marybeth is that she eats peanut butter everyday. Her hobbies include going to the beach, playing soccer, coaching club lacrosse, and watching Netflix. The people she admires most are her parents. Her favorite TV shows include Nashville and Grey's Anatomy. Ocean City, Maryland is her favorite vacation spot. In the future, Marybeth would like to get her masters in Athletic Training and work in a college setting.
