2014 Season - Senior
Mumford started in all 18 games for the Falcons leading the team with 51 ground balls and 39 caused turnovers. She was invited to compete in the IWCLA North-South All-Star Game.

2013 Season - Junior
Mumford started all 17 games for Messiah and notched a career-high 11 draw controls while finishing third on the team in groundballs (35) and second on the team in caused turnovers (22).

Named Second Team All-Commonwealth

2012 Season - Sophomore
In Emily's second year at Messiah she recorded 37 groundballs, four draw controls, and 27 caused turnovers. Emily was a key piece to the Falcons defense in 2012.

2011 Season - Freshman
As a freshman, Emily appeared in 20 games and started in 14 of those. She had 21 groundballs, eight draw controls, and 33 caused turnovers.

Personal
Emily Virginia Mumford is from Flemington, N.J., and is majoring in Psychology. A little known fact about her is that she can sing the alphabet backwards. Her hobbies include photography. Emily's favorite food is fruit salad. Her favorite TV show is Downton Abbey and her favorite movie is How to Train your Dragon. The people Emily admires most are her parents. Her sport superstition is to wear crew-cut socks for games. In the future, Emily would love to travel the world.
