2013 Season - JuniorPayne started in all 26 games this season and was second on the team in goals (17) and points (44). Seven of his goals were game-winners and he assisted on 10 goals. One of those game-winners was for the
National Championship against Rutgers-Camden. Payne was recognized with
First-Team All-Conference,
First-Team All-Region, and
First-Team All-American.2012 Season - SophomorePayne started in each of the Falcons' 25 games this season and led the team in goals (17) and points (44). Jeremy's offensive dominance earned many accolades this season. He was recognized as
National Player of the Year,
First Team All-American and
First Team All-Region by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). He was also named
Midfielder of the Year and First Team All-American by D3Soccer.com. At the 2012 National Championship, Payne was named to the
All-Tournament Team. In the Commonwealth Conference, he was named
First Team All-Conference and
Player of the Year.
2011 Season - Freshman
Jeremy appeared in 20 games, while starting in two. He scored six goals on 39 shots, while having one assist. He also had the game winning goal against Elizabethtown on October 31st.
Personal
Jeremy Mark Payne attended Midd-West High School and his hobbies include video games, listening to music, reading, and riding fourwheelers. He is majoring in Marketing, his favorite movie is Miracle, and his favorite food is spaghetti and meatballs. On the iPod is country music and in the future he plans to play and coach soccer.
