2019-20 Season - Sophomore
Took eighth in the 200 Free at the MAC Championship Finals with a time of 1:45.04, but swam a team-best 1:43.09 during the season...Swam a team-best in the 500 Free (4:43.61).
2018-19 Season - Freshman
Earned All-Conference Honors at the MAC Championships in the 500 Free (third, 4:44.37)…200 Free (second, 1:43.22)…and 200 Back (third, 1:55.92)…
Named MAC Rookie of the Year…Competed in four relays at the MAC Championships
Tyler is a nursing major here at Messiah and hopes to become a nurse practitioner in the emergency room. His favorite event is the 200 freestyle because he enjoys the rhythm and can settle into a good pace. Tyler loves that people at Messiah feel like family and are always welcoming. His verse for the season is Philippians 4:6 "Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done."
