2021 Season – Junior
Competed in six meets for the Falcons … named All-Region by USTFCCCA … First Team All-MAC 4x400m relay (3:58.20) … Second Team All-MAC 400m (56.79) … Third Team All-MAC in the 100m (12.95), 200m (25.77), and 4x100m relay (50.50) … ran the fourth-fastest 200m (25.77) in program history at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … ran the fifth-fastest 100m (12.68) at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2019-20 Season – Sophomore
Competed in eight meets for the Falcons… earned All-American honors by USTFCCCA… qualified for Nationals in the 400 (58.38)… helped Messiah to place first in both the 4X200m relay (1:46.81) and the 4X400m relay (4:04.99) at the MAC Indoor Track & Field Championship… was the final qualifier in the 400m (58.28) National Championship… helped the Falcons to place first in the 4X400m relay at the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi (4:12.38), the Coach I Open (4:02.61), the NYC DIII Invitational (3:54.12), the 2020 Frack Colden Invitational (4:01.14), the Fastrack National Invite (3:54.23), and the South Region Final Qualifier & Multi (4:06.52)… placed first in the 800m (2:22.80) at the 2020 Frank Colden Invitational… named to Winter Academic All-Mac team with a spring GPA of 3.40… outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19 Season - Freshman
Won the 200m (26.30s) and 400m (59.09s) at the 2019 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships while helping the Falcons set a new program record in the 4x200m relay (1:48.27) and helping Messiah win the 4x400m relay (4:03.08)...Ran a leg of the program record distance medley relay (11:53.61) at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet to qualify for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field National Championships...Won the 400m with a personal best time of 56.70 seconds while helping the Falcons win the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:52.96 at the 2019 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Helped the Falcons qualify for the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championship in the 4x400m relay after running a 3:50.49 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet...Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that set a program record time (3:50.30) in the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships to become the first relay team to qualify for a national final in the Dale Fogelsanger era.
