2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best time in the Mile (4:16.12), placing 2nd on the All-Time Messiah Indoor Top Ten List, as well as a season-best time in the 3000m (8:42.84) … earned two gold medals at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, defending his titles in the 3000m and Mile with respective times of 8:42.84 and 4:18.72 … ran the 1600m leg for the Falcons’ distance medley relay team, earning a silver medal with a team finish of 10:25.27 for 2nd place … earned a bronze medal as a member of the Falcons’ 4x800m relay team, running the anchor leg to contribute to a 3rd place finish in a time of 8:06.37 … named MAC Track Athlete of the Year, scoring 23.5 points at the Indoor MAC meet … also named MAC Track Athlete of the Week for his exploits at Indoor MACs … set personal best times in the 5000m (14:33.64) and 1500m (3:50.91) as well as a season-best time in the 800m (1:58.54) during the outdoor season … set a school record in the 5000m and earned a placement of 2nd on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List in the 1500m … won the 1500m at the Messiah Invitational in a time of 3:58.32 … earned two gold medals at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships … finished in 1st place in the 1500m with a time of 3:56.30 and 1st in the 5000m with a time of 15:03.42 … earned a bronze medal by running the anchor leg of the Falcons’ 4x800m team at Outdoor MACs, contributing to a 3rd place finish in a time of 7:48.66.

2021-22 Season – Junior
Competed in 14 competitions for the Falcons … earned a gold medal in the 4x800m (7:45.30) and a silver medal in the 1500m (4:04.52) at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships … earned personal-best times in the 3000m (8:35.01, 1-Mile (4:17.79), 5000m (14:52.52), 800m (1:57.62), and 1500m (3:51.72).  

2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in six meets for the Falcons … competed in the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, earning personal-best marks in the 1500m (4:02.59) and the 5000m (15:24.01).

2019-20 Season - Freshman
Competed in seven meets for the Falcons. Qualified for the MAC Indoor Championships in the 3000m and as part of the Distance Medley Relay team. At the event, the team placed fourth (10:29.89) in the DMR. Finished fourth in the Mile (4:38.06) in the Kutztown Last Chance Qualifier. Finished second in the Mile (4:39.17) at the Golden Wolves Rust Buster. The 2020 Outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
