Kristen was the MAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Year in 2008, 2009, and 2010, the MAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year in 2008 and 2009, and the MAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year in 2009. She was also an NCAA All-American in the Indoor 55-meter Hurdles (4th, 2008), Triple Jump (3rd, 2008), 100-meter Hurdles (2nd 2009, 4th 2008), and Triple Jump (4th, 2009).

The NCAA Division III Player of the Year in 2002, Hayden was an NCAA All-American in 2000 and 2002. He was the Commonwealth Player of the Year in 2000, and the Commonwealth Rookie of the Year in 1999. He was a member of the National Championship team in 2000. |

A member of the Messiah University Athletics Hall of Honor (inducted in 1995), Lester was a recipient of the NCCAA Outstanding Athlete Award in 1982. An NCCAA National Champion in 1982 (for both the 5k and 10k), he is the current school record holder for the Outdoor 10k (30:28.24, 1982).
