Andy Srebroski

  • Title
    Assistant Coach

Coach Srebroski also enters his first year on the coaching staff for Messiah. Srebroski oversees Messiah's middle infielders and is the primary hitting coach. On the field, he also coaches third base for the Falcons.

Srebroski, who attended West Virginia University on a baseball scholarship in the early-90’s, was originally drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays after his first year at Anne Arundle Community College, located in Maryland. He decided to turn down the offer and attend WVU, where he stands eighth in season RBI’s (53), fifth in hits in a season (83) and second in season triples (five), while standing out as a shortstop. After his playing days as a Mountaineer, Srebroski signed a free-agent contract and played three years in the minor leagues.

"I'm thrilled to be a part of the Messiah program," said Srebroski. "From top to bottom, Messiah's program is first-class. Being a part of the overall program success is a tremendous joy."

Coach Srebroski lives in York Haven with his wife, Lisa, and their daughter, Weslie (6), and son, Andrew (4).
