Messiah University

Josh joins the AROMA team as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, providing programming and coaching support for Messiah athletics. A 2022 Falcon alum, Josh also serves as an Assistant Baseball Coach, now entering his third year on staff with the program.
 

Josh competed for five years as a member of the Messiah baseball team, earning his degree in Exercise Science. After graduation, he transitioned into coaching, combining his passion for baseball with a growing focus on athlete development in the weight room. Now in his second year as a strength coach, Josh works closely with student-athletes to build strength, resilience, and confidence that translates into both sport and life.

My favorite part of working at Messiah is the integration of faith and sport. Messiah does an amazing job of reminding athletes that they are competing for a greater purpose and that the glory is always deflected back to God.
 

Josh is grateful to continue serving the Falcon community that shaped him as both an athlete and a coach.
