Brady Vest enters his first year as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the 2023-2024 season. The Myrtle Beach, South Carolina native comes to Messiah from Grinnell College where he graduated with a degree in economics with a concentration in statistics in the spring of 2023.

Vest was a two-time captain and four-year letter winner at Grinnell. Vest contributed in his first year to a team which tied the school’s record for wins in a season with 19. In his time at Grinnell, the Pioneers reached the conference tournament semi-finals twice. Vest earned Midwest Conference all academic honors in his final two seasons.

Along with his playing experiences, Vest has worked with the Iowa Barnstormers AAU program, coaching teams across each of their high school age groups. He has also gained experience working summer basketball camps at the University of Rochester, Yale, Cornell, and Richmond.
