Competed in six races for the Falcons … set a season-best time of 26:28.7 in the 8k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 6th in two different competitions, the DeSales University Cross Country Invitational and the Aubrey Shenk Invitational … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, finishing in 41st place with a time of 28:07.4 as the 8th Falcon… named the Falcons’ alternate for the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … served as team captain for the Falcons.

2023 Season - Junior
Competed in seven races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 26:14.6 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, finishing in 27th place with a time of 28:19.2 … achieved a top team finish of 4th at MACs … named to the All-MAC Third Team for finishing inside the top 30 … fifth Falcon finisher at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … crossed the line with a time of 26:33.8 in 76th place overall.

2022 Season – Sophomore
Competed in seven races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 26:28.3 in the 8k, finishing in 24th place at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … named to the All-MAC Third Team for this performance … ran for the Falcons at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships, running 26:43.5 for 45th place … sixth Messiah finisher at both Conference and Regional meets ... MAC Honor Roll

2021 Season – First-Year
Competed in two events for the Falcons … earned a season-best 8K time of 29:10.7 at the Lebanon Valley Invitational.
