Coach Darhower joins the Falcons for her first year. She is no stranger to coaching she has dedicated the past 12 years to teaching lessons and more recently to conducting college showcases, camps, and clinics through her company, Darhower Softball Events (DSE). She has also coached at the college level the last eight seasons. Her most recent coaching achievements were at Dickinson College, where she contributed to a conference championship in 2019 as a five-year assistant. Prior to Dickinson, she served as the interim head coach for Lebanon Valley College leading them in the 2018 MAC Commonwealth Championship Tournament. Erin was also an assistant coach for LVC in 2017 and for Millersville University in 2016. As a four-year player at West Chester University, she set multiple offensive records, including leading her team in home runs, triples, and RBIs during her senior year, where she ranked second in the conference in those categories. She hopes to continue sharing her experiences and expertise with the next generation of players.
