Rebecca Sheinfeld

The 2017-18 season marks Rebecca Sheinfeld’s second year as graduate assistant coach with Messiah women’s lacrosse. A native of Weston, Fla., Sheinfeld graduated from Campbell University in the spring of 2016 with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science.
 
Sheinfeld was a member of the inaugural women’s lacrosse team at Division I Campbell, and she was a captain in both the 2015 and 2016 seasons. She was fifth on the team in points (20) during her final season by way of 14 goals and six assists. Sheinfeld scored 20 goals during her junior year with the Camels.
 
Prior to arriving at Campbell as a collegiate undergrad, Sheinfeld helped American Heritage High School to a district championship during her senior season. Her performance on the field (57 goals, 29 assists, 48 caused turnovers, and 76 groundballs) helped her earn a US Lacrosse All-American honor.
 
As a graduate assistant coach Sheinfeld is working on her Master’s in Higher Education with a concentration on College Athletics Management.
