Personal
Ava was a long-time fan of Messiah Soccer as her cousin Ryan Edwards played for the Falcons just a few years ago. Ava is a powerful player that can play almost anywhere on the field. She played primarily as a defender in her first three high school seasons but then was moved to the target position for her senior year. She netted 17 goals on the year and was named to the WPIAL All-Section Team. Ava played her club soccer with Loyalhanna where they were four-time PA West Champions. She also played for her high school lacrosse team.
