Eric White enters his ninth season with the Falcons in 2020, returning to his alma mater after an accomplished career at nearby Red Land High School. With the Falcons, White works primarily as goalkeeper coach.
White holds bachelor's degrees from Messiah University in both Sports Medicine and Health & Physical Education, earned in 1997 and 1998, respectively. He completed a master's degree in Sports Administration from McDaniel College in 2003.
Over 11 seasons with Red Land, White accumulated a record of 134-87-11 while twice being named Mid-Penn Coach of the Year (2007, 2008). His teams were Commonwealth Division Champions in 2007 and 2008, Mid-Penn Champions in 2007, District III Runner-up in both 2007 and 2009, and a PIAA State Semifinalist in 2007.
White has also been a mainstay at the Falcons' summer camps, having worked a combination of the boy's and girl's soccer camps for the past 20 years.
White's coaching philosophy has always been built upon expectations to "win humbly and lose graciously," fight through adversity, and to do whatever is necessary to serve the team.
Coach White and his wife, Brenda, reside in nearby Dillsburg their daughter, Madeline, and two sons, Garrett and Logan.
