From Start to Finish
The start of the game saw a three from Greensboro but Messiah answered right back with a three of their own from Zach McDonough. The early part of the first half was back and forth action as the teams played to an 11-10 Falcon lead after five minutes of play. A three-pointer from Colin Sareyka would spark a quick run with three pointers from EJ Porter and Zach McDonough to give the Falcons a 20-13 lead. Despite the momentum being in favor of Messiah, Greensboro battled back, forcing a 20-20 game with just over 10 minutes to play in the  half. Messiah didn't allow the game to be tied for long as Colin Sareyka capitalized on a three point play that was followed up by a shot from behind the arc by Caleb Light to give Messiah a 26-20 lead. The Falcons would continue to ride this momentum as they went on to take a 37-20 point lead over Greensboro with 5:35 to play in the first half. Greensboro tried to slow down Messiah's attack but the Falcons were relentless and took a 24-point lead (56-32) going into halftime.

The Falcons kept the heavy pressure on in the start of the second half. Over the next ten minutes, the Falcons spread the offense around as they made a charge to a 36-point lead. The charge included points from Colin Sareyka, Josh Darville, Zach McDonough, EJ Porter, Cam Carter, Nate Eberle, and Will Young IV. With the Falcons now holding a 80-44 lead, Greensboro began to cut into Messiah's lead. Greensboro went on a 13-2 run but still found their selves down by 25 points with 5:47 to play. As the end of the game progressed, Messiah held their lead but Greensboro made a large charge, cutting the lead to 15 points. The Falcons defeated Greensboro 91-76 and ended the game with a steal from Tyler Penley.

As a team, Messiah shot 55.9% (33-of-59) from the field and shot 55.0% (11-of-20) from beyond the arc. Messiah is now 3-2 on the season and will play at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg on Nov. 20 at 7:00 p.m.
